We want you to be confident in MakerQ. You can evaluate it first with the Free plan and the built-in trial before paying, so you know it fits your shop.
If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your initial Starter or Pro purchase for a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime (Settings → License → Manage subscription) to stop future charges, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
The Lifetime plan is no longer sold. Existing Lifetime licenses remain valid and keep every feature they already had. Any Lifetime purchase made while the plan was offered was refundable within 14 days of purchase, and is non-refundable after that.
Email Hi@c3dprints.com from the email address used for the purchase, with your name and (if you have it) your activation key or Stripe receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license/activation key is deactivated and reverts to the Free plan.
Please contact us before filing a card dispute, we can almost always resolve a refund faster than a chargeback. Purchases that are charged back are treated as refunded and the license is deactivated.
